    On October 1-3, 2018 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation Anna Moskwa paid an official visit to the capital of Indonesia.

    During her stay in Jakarta, Minister Anna Moskwa participated in the welcoming ceremony of Polish tall ship “Dar Młodzieży”.

     

     

     

     

    The Minister and accompanying business delegation’s visit was an opportunity to hold bilateral meetings and talks with the Minister-Coordinator for Maritime Affairs Luhut B. Pandjiaitan, Minister for Maritime and Fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti, Director of the Office for the Protection and Employment of Workers Abroad (BNP2TKI) Nusron Wahid and Deputy Director of the Head of Indonesian Ferry Company ASDP.  

     

     

     

     

     

    The talks touched upon the development of cooperation related to maritime affairs and fisheries. Representatives of both sides discussed the possibility of using investment potential of Poland and Indonesia and the transfer of technologies and good practices. 

    In principle, the cooperation between both countries should be mainly dedicated to the investment in the construction of medium and small passenger ferries.
